As part of our usual booking process we provide a free consultation, which allows us to offer a range of options to most of our prospective clients. This may even include a free or low cost site visit. However, if a large element of a particular project means arranging multiple site visits and/or design meetings then we may charge a consultation fee usually around £250 –350 a day plus any overseas travel, if required.

The M.D. of Laser Hire Mr Keith Flunder has been providing seminars, training days for safety officers and operators and has been involved in writing codes of practice and B-tec qualifications since 1989. Both of the original directors have also delivered training courses at many Universities and are providing advice to the newly formed group of professional laser supply companies in the U.K.

Keith Flunder has also provided input into the updating of The Events (Purple) Guide and the government guidance document HSG(95) for the safe use of laser systems in the entertainment industries.

The courses that have been delivered across the U.K. are not limited to the use of Laser Systems, but also include general event management as well as other technical disciplines and event safety management / risk assessment.

The courses can last from one-day awareness seminars/courses and two-day operator courses with assessments, to a week-long specialist course for Laser Safety Officers.
